Mayor Javi Benitez Opens Up on Ending His Love Story with Sue Ramirez

For the first time, Victorias City Mayor Javi Benitez has broken his silence on long-standing rumors about his split with actress Sue Ramirez.

In October 2024, speculation began swirling about the end of their nearly five-year relationship. Now, on Saturday, November 9, Javi confirmed that he and Sue quietly parted ways four months ago.

In a heartfelt Facebook post, Javi shared the decision he and Sue made to end their relationship, one that was filled with love and dreams for each other’s happiness. He expressed hope that, someday, they’ll each find the right person meant for them.

The mayor acknowledged that their five-year relationship was not perfect. Like any couple, they faced challenges that strengthened their bond. In his own words, he wrote:

“For the last five years, as Inday Sue and Toto Javi, two Negrosanons from different worlds, we built a world of our own. It was full of love, dreams, laughter, and all the ups and downs in a relationship where you shared your life with someone. There were no outside forces, just two hearts finding their way together. Four months have passed since our paths quietly and respectfully went their separate ways.”

Despite their breakup, Javi said he has no regrets about having Sue as his girlfriend, describing her as a woman with a golden heart and remarkable talent.

“I look back with so much gratitude for the smiles, the laughter, and all the little joys we shared. Sue is a beautiful soul, a gem in the entertainment world, a true talent who showed me that love can be both fierce and gentle,” he wrote.

Javi concluded his post with a sincere wish for Sue’s happiness and fulfillment, hoping that she continues to share her talent with the world as she did with him.
